Psychologist trained in Spain, offering online therapy in English and Spanish for expats in the Netherlands, supporting stress, anxiety, and life transitions.
I completed my Psychology degree and Master’s in Spain. After that, I worked in different positions always related to the field, moving from one country to another and gaining valuable professional and personal experience.
My clinical training began in a university psychology department, where I gained experience in psychological assessment, personality evaluation, and clinical support.
During my Master’s degree, I completed internships in a specialized eating disorders treatment center in Spain, where I later worked as a Psychologist supporting individuals within a multidisciplinary team.
I have also been involved in psychological support during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering emotional support in a period of high stress and uncertainty.
In addition, I have experience working with children and adolescents , including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), within behavioral therapy settings, as well as offering guidance to parents.
I have also contributed to academic research published in the Iberoamerican Bariatric and Metabolic Journal.
I currently offer online therapy in English and Spanish for expats and international clients in the Netherlands, supporting people with stress, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional difficulties.
