First 30 min introductory session for free
We will have the first session for you to have the space to talk about your worries and to get information about how therapy works and my way of working.
If you feel comfortable you go ahead and book the next session .
Individual online session (50 minutes) 95 €
Available in English or Spanish.
Expat transition support plan: 3 sessions 270 €
Focused short-term support for stress, anxiety, life transitions, relocation challenges, relationships, or emotional wellbeing.
An affordable option if you’d like to start therapy, feel comfortable taking a first step, and see how it goes.
Way of payment
In order to confirm your session and keep your time slot, payment should be done in advance.
This can be made by bank transfer.
Cancellation of a session:
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with 24h notice.
