I truly believe that each person has a unique inner world, and because of this, I take a flexible and personalized approach to therapy. Every individual is different, and even the same person can experience different challenges at various points in their life. Because of this, my work is not focused on a single style of therapy but instead adapts to each client’s needs and where they are in their journey.
I rely on several evidence-based approaches to guide my work, including:
