-Who do you work with?
I work with expats, internationals, inmigrants, people adapting to life in The Netherlands that are going through moments of anxiety, stress, loneliness, identity, relationships, burnout, etc.
-Do you also work with people from out of The Netherlands?
Yes! I can also work with people that are not living in The Netherlands
-Can I get your services if I am not an expat or international person?
Yes! You could also benefit from my services eventhough you are not from abroad,
just if you are experiencing a difficult moment in your live.
-What languages do you offer sessions in?
I can offer sessions in English and Spanish.
- Do you offer online and in-person sessions?
Currently my sessions are held online, however in-person sessions in The Netherlands will be available soon.
-Do I need Dutch health insurance to work with you? Is reimbursement possible?
You don't need dutch health insurance to receive sessions as I work privately,
which means that you won't get any reimbursement from your payment.
-Can I have therapy if I recently moved to the Netherlands?
Of course! It might be happening when you need it the most and I am here to help.
-What issues do expats commonly seek support for?
The typical issues are homesickness, isolation, cultural adjustment, career stress, identity changes,
relationships, burnout, among others.
-How much does a session cost?
The first session is free, an individual session of 50 minutos costs 95 €,
you can also get the "expat transition support plan" for 270 €
-Can I buy the plan after a few individual sessions? Can I buy a few of them?
Sure! You can swith whenever you want, depending on how comfortable you feel.
You can buy a few plans or just do indiidual sessions.
- How long are the sessions?
The first session lasts around 30 minutes. The rest usually last between 50 minutes.
-How often should I attend therapy?
That always depends on the person, we can talk about it after your first free session :)
